As you may probably already know, it's basically a portal for writers. You can post your stories for people to read, and also scripts that can potentially be used by flash animators.
From what I've heard, it should be coming out at the same time as the Art Portal. When exactly that is, I can't tell.
I'm guessing that it would basically work the same as the Flash and Audio Portals. Not really sure though.
Also, from what I've figure, both the Literature and Art Portals will need some mods. More likely, they'll appoint the current mods to these positions.
